The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions like the Wright Brother's memorial and the main drag in Kill Devil Hills. We had such a great time at the venue and would stay here again.

The hotel was a unique base for enjoying a pretty nice area, near to the Wright Brother's memorial and the main drag in Kill Devil Hills, the Outer Banks and the ocean. Good bed made my room reasonably spacious. And the room's amenities were excellent. Its location was indeed excellent and exceptionally nice and only 5 minutes walk from Kill Devil Hill. I had a great time.

We appreciated that towels and linens were provided, and the location was central and convenient for exploring the area by car. Plus, the room had a spacious feel to it.

The overall cleanliness was lacking, with dead bugs and trash in the communal areas and poorly kept units adjacent to ours. the pool area also closed too early, limiting our enjoyment.

We loved the bike paths, water park and location of the hotel to the beach.

We lost power in one of the bedrooms and notified the office immediately however we did not get our power back on for 24 hours.

We had a great time during our stay! The location was excellent, with easy access to the pool and amazing views from our balcony. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also loved that the area was away from the main road, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere.

The refrigerator in our unit was not working properly, causing us to lose a large amount of food that we had brought with us. When we contacted management, they were slow to respond and we were left without a solution for several days.

I liked the layout of the condo. It had everything that you would need for a vacation. The rooms were a nice size, as were the beedrooms. I liked the clubhouse, complete with childrens and adult pool. My family also liked to use the exercise equipment on the second floor. Unfortunately, this exercise room was closed whenever the pool was closed for storms. It would have been nice to use the equipment when it rained.

Closing of the exercise equipment room whenever it stormed. Was a little confused on how to check in. I was not aware that I had to call on the phone to get my room asignment and pass code. Other than that, it was a good experience.

The location was amazing and so convenient. The decor was beautiful and really added to the overall ambiance. The best part was the pool and slide, my kids absolutely loved it. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend it.

Our vacation condo was in a tranquil neighborhood away from busy streets, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The spacious and modern living room and kitchen were a delight for our family. We appreciated that our unit was equipped with a Samsung washer and dryer, and some guests even reported that they found beach chairs in the closet! the pool and slide were an instant hit with the children, keeping them entertained for hours.

There was an issue with the drier making too much noise which remained unresolved.

The hotel had great facilities, and my kids loved the pool and slide. The location was convenient, making it easy to travel around the city. Additionally, the decor was stunning and added to the overall ambiance of the property.

Didn't dislike anything about the property.

Quiet location, nicely decorated, easy check-in, close to attractions, provided beach chairs, modern appliances.

Can't fault the property in any way.
